Leveraging Paradigm Shifts: Commander Studio
COMMANDER STUDIO: LEVERAGER OF PRODUCT OFFERING MARKETING MIX.
To give "Power To The Players," GameStop's corporate culture encourages all management and their staff to leverage our business evolution in selling video games, computer software and also related merchandise (including collectibles, adult toy vinyls and figurines), the last of which is often a higher margin SKU. Commander Studio exhibits some of the key policies and their inherent benefits in his review of the Star Wars clone commander action doll. Action dolls, sports men figures and adult vinyls now make up a key component of our in-store product offering. Combined with the correct signage and plan-o-gram usage, we've seen results that truly embody our "Power To The Payers" campaign.

Future Manager of the Month: Gamma DX 2
GAMMA DX 2: CHARISMATIC PRODUCT EXPLORATION IN CONSUMERCENTRIC INTERACTION.
Barely beating out LCDragonrats (disqualified for his harsh language towards viewer consumers at the end of his informative vlog about Xiaolin Showdown), we have decided that highly regarded media and gaming guru Gamma DX 27 should rightly be our first named Future Manager of the Month, for the month of June. Here at GameStop, top priority is put on charismatic exploration and explanation of our consumer goods, an attribute we never overlook. In his exhaustive exploration of the Nintendo DS, Gamma DX 2 covers off on all the key consumer Product Sales Points (PSPs) outlined by Nintendo while adding in the subtle sales charisma and high quality detail expression that we have pin pointed as a, if not the, key to meeting sales goals in style.

Specialization of Knowledge Skills (SOKS): LCDragonrats
LCDRAGONRATS: EXPLORING THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SOKS AS A PROSPECTIVE TEAM LEADER.
To deliver high quality customer insight it's a primary responsibility of all GameStop management and prospective and future staff to develop and narrow their scope of knowledge. For example, one member of our management team, Todd, in Indiana has focused on exploring user-generated Dragonball Z illustrations. We appreciate the time that new find LCDragonrats has put into what we call SOKS (Specialization of Knowledge Skills. Like we say here at GameStop, always wear your SOKS on your sleeve. Please view LCDragonrat's video below.

Thouroughness: Doommaster1994
DOOMMASTER1994: A FUTURE LEADER IN THOUROUGHNESS AND OPERATIONAL MATRIXES.
In all GameStop company process, starting with management training, we stress the key attribute of thoroughness. In this concept we include many of our management keys, from our SIS procedure (Staff Initials Spreadsheet; a operational matrix we use to catalog and access the initials of our staff members) to less straightforward high level management training like returns and exchanges. Proactively showing and sharing your ability to be thorough in execution is something we look for, and have found, in the progressive product musings of Doommaster1994. Doommaster1994 was the highlight of today's future management scouting rounds. This is the sort of leadership potential we like to see from day one. Please view Doommaster1994's video below.

Proactivity in Product Exploration: Josh
JOSH: A CHARASMATIC AND PROACTIVE LEADER IN PRODUCT EXPLORATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTION (CSI).
Product analysis and exploration is key to effectively addressing customer's requests at all GameStop locations. For all gaming platforms, from the latest innovations from Nintendo for The Wii to, for example, new first person shooters released for X-Box 360 Degrees, we look for our staff and especially our store and district management in particular to explore these titles and consoles to guide customers in the right direction. This is most important with young gamers, for whom each purchase is a greater investment, also helping them develop their gaming knowledge and purchasing patterns. Please view Josh's video below.

Vision In Customer Service: X-Deev [sic]
X-DEEV [SIC]: TRUE VISION IN BOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.
At GameStop, we put a premium on knowledge. From the latest in PS3 releases to the more esoteric topics within the retro and casual gaming worlds, it's important for our staff and management to be able to answer any and all questions we receive in store and over the phone. We also pride ourselves on character; GameStop management has to be proactive in their ability to impart wisdom onto our customers as they make important purchasing decisions. X-Deev [sic] caught our eye as one such visionary leader making an influencer stamp online. Please view X-Deev's [sic] video below.
